A vintage nightgown from the late 1940s (possibly early 1950s). It has floral appliqué and embroidery on the gathered front bodice, as well as appliqué and embroidery around the neckline and at the hem. The gown has an open skirt with two front inverted pleats. It has smocking at the back waist with two attached waist ties, and it ties at the shoulders. The fabric is a yellow silk satin.

Waist: adjustable with waist ties; has give to 34\" to fit over bust/shoulders

Length: slightly adjustable with shoulder ties; in photos, shoulder ties are are set so that gown is 57\" in length
