At Sangvi Contractors, we take pride in delivering quality interior design services and products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
1. Design Services (Consultations, Design Packages, Mood Boards, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all design services are non refundable once the project has begun.
- If you cancel before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
- If work has already begun, no refund will be issued.
- All communication and approvals during the design process will be documented to ensure clarity and client satisfaction.
2. In Person Consultations or On Site Visits
- Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds for same day cancellations or no shows.
3. Physical Products (Furniture, Decor, etc.)
If you purchase physical items through our Website or as part of a design package:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is damaged or defective.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Custom or made to order items are non refundable.
- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Deposits and Retainers
- All deposits and retainers paid to secure services are non refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- These payments secure your project in our schedule and compensate for the time blocked off for your work.
5. Changes or Revisions
We offer a limited number of revisions depending on your service package. Excessive revisions or scope changes may require additional payment and are not grounds for a refund.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
